Do I have to host with you to use maintenance?

No — we can run maintenance and security on sites hosted elsewhere. We'll be honest about what we can guarantee given the hosting setup you have.

What happens during a security incident?

You get one number. We isolate the issue, restore from clean backups if needed, patch the underlying cause, and send you a written incident report when it's done. No drama, no finger-pointing.

Can you take over a site you didn't build?

Yes — that's a regular engagement for us. We start with an audit, fix anything urgent, and then bring it onto the same care cadence as builds we shipped.

How fast do you respond?

Depends on tier. Essential: next business day. Pro: 4-hour response, business hours. Enterprise: per SLA, including 24/7 critical-incident response.
